Team Clean Supreme, LLC offers junk removal and related services in the Greater Milwaukee area. We do not provide moving services. Our services are insured beyond state requirements for your protection.

2. Booking and Payment

• Service Booking: All appointments must be scheduled through our website, over the phone, or via email.

• Payments: Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept [insert payment methods].

• Special Care Items: Clients are required to inform us of any items or surfaces needing special care.

• Liability for Damages: We are not responsible for damage due to faults and/or improper installation of any items.

• Surface Assumptions: All surfaces (e.g., marble, granite, hardwood floors) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.

• Furniture Protection: Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection.

• Client Instructions: Clients must provide specific handling or cleaning instructions for delicate items or surfaces.

4. Cleaning Guarantees

• Service Quality: Team Clean Supreme, LLC employees/contractors guarantee to clean your home, apartment, office, church, etc., using reasonable care and industry standards to achieve satisfactory results.

• Hourly Cleaning: Hourly cleaning may limit our ability to cover all areas. Additional hours can be provided at an additional charge if needed.

• Satisfaction Guarantee: All guarantees are limited to 24 hours after the service has been completed.

• If you are unsatisfied with any area, contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the affected areas.

• Charges and fees are non-refundable.

5. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Personal information collected during booking (such as name, phone number, email, and address) is used solely for service fulfillment, communication, and marketing with your consent. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.
